The Court was satisfied on the evidence that there were reasonable grounds to believe the specified property was tainted and that the first and second respondents had unlawfully benefited from significant criminal activity; accordingly restraining orders were made over 59 Bongard Street and specified vehicles, the property was placed in the Official Assignee's custody and sale orders were granted for the three identified vehicles to capture depreciating value; a broad restraint of 'all other property' was declined as excessive.
