The trial Judge gave adequate, orthodox directions: the prosecutor's submissions about absence of motive were permissible and were properly caveated; there was no shift of burden or onus to the defendant; the Uber timing data was a factual matter for the jury which the Judge accurately summarised; no miscarriage of justice arose and the appeal must be dismissed.
