The Court granted Ms Crimp leave to be removed as solicitor on the record for the first and third defendants, subject to her filing proof of service of the application on the second and third defendants; the second defendant's notice to act in person made an order unnecessary for her; the second defendant cannot validly represent the company and leave is required for the company; the address for service for the first defendant is its registered office and for the third defendant is his last known address as shown on the interlocutory application.
