The Court exercised s 21 Administration Act 1969 discretion to remove all three executors because entrenched mistrust, ongoing obstruction, and unilateral decision-making by co-executors made current arrangements impracticable and prejudicial to beneficiaries; to secure impartial, efficient administration the Court appointed an independent sole executor to be nominated by the Law Society with specified qualifications.
