The appeal is dismissed because the District Court correctly found disclosure failures were largely due to inadvertence and inefficiency, not bad faith, disclosure had ultimately been completed such that no fair trial prejudice remained, and the cumulative conduct did not meet the high threshold to tarnish the court's integrity or warrant a stay.
