The judge fixed a starting point of seven years' imprisonment for the three aggravated robberies and unlawful taking, applying aggravating factors (firearm use, planning, coordination, vulnerable retail targets, multiple incidents) and uplift for totality; applied a 20% discount for guilty pleas and a 25% discount for youth and background (total 45% reduction), resulting in an effective sentence of three years and ten months' imprisonment to be served concurrently on all counts; no minimum period of imprisonment was ordered because Parole Board assessment was preferred.
