Given the applicant's affidavit evidence, consents from the adult discretionary beneficiaries and the mortgagee, and the statutory authority under ss130-133 LTA 1952 (preserved by s8 LTA 2017), the Court was satisfied it could remove the 'No survivorship' endorsement, transfer the title to the applicant alone and dispense with advertising under s133 as there was no demonstrated adverse interest.
