Offender's repeated returns to the scene, active participation in searching for property, acting as lookout, enabling escape and disposal of the likely murder weapon placed the offending in the mid‑high range of accessory after the fact; starting point fixed at 14 months, uplift of one month for breach of sentence reduced and then 25% guilty plea discount applied resulting in an end sentence of 11 months' imprisonment; six months' driving disqualification imposed and backdated to 20 September 2019, one month imprisonment on the driving charge to run concurrently.
