The sentencing judge erred by failing to consider rehabilitation and the interaction of the custodial term with the period of disqualification; the two year disqualification was manifestly excessive in light of the appellant's clean record, rehabilitation prospects and the least restrictive effective penalty and was replaced with one year and one day.
