The District Court judge failed to afford the appellant a fair hearing by refusing an adjournment without inquiry and effectively predetermining the extension; because the decision lacked adequate reasoning and the appellant's capacity and evidence were not properly considered the appeal is allowed and the matter is remitted to the District Court for rehearing; the existing restraining order remains in force pending that rehearing.
