Leave to appeal dismissed because the Court of Appeal correctly found the elements of s 220 established on the evidence: as liquidator Norris held Astra's funds on terms requiring accounting to creditors and intentionally dealt with them otherwise than required; the invoices formed part of a blatantly dishonest course to conceal failure to account; proposed fresh evidence would not have changed the verdict.
