On the evidence (affidavits of applicants and their solicitor and the consent of the registered proprietor) the Court was satisfied the transfer instrument was lost, not destroyed with the applicants' connivance, the applicants are entitled to be registered as proprietors of the leasehold, and due notice was given; accordingly orders under ss56 and 57 were made directing registration (including by E-dealing).
