No jurisdiction existed under s15 PRA because the evidence did not show the division of functions within the marriage materially adversely affected the respondent's earning capacity nor materially enhanced the appellant's earning capacity; however jurisdiction under s63 FPA existed for spousal maintenance because qualifying circumstances (sole responsibility for the child and limited ability to be self-supporting) persisted and the Family Court's maintenance award was within judicial discretion.
