Judicial review of adjudicators' determinations under the CCA is not confined to jurisdictional error but will be granted only rarely given the Act's purpose; on the facts the appellant lacked standing because contract two did not confer rights to enforce contract one and there was no valid assignment under contract one, so the High Court did not err in granting relief and exercising its discretion to set aside the adjudicator's determination.
