The District Court held ACC had a sufficient evidential basis as at 7 January 2016—principally the contemporaneous opinions of Dr Wyness and Mr Mills concluding no ongoing injury-related cause for the appellant's symptoms—and subsequent medical reports did not outweigh those thorough, objective assessments; therefore suspension of weekly compensation was lawful and the appeal was dismissed.
