Statutory prerequisites for adjudication were met (final unpaid District Court judgment, act of bankruptcy); the debtor's allegations of forgery and request for fingerprint testing were not supported by admissible evidence sufficient to cast doubt on the underlying judgment (document examination inconclusive, District Court had thoroughly considered and rejected debtor's evidence, no appeal or set-aside sought); therefore the Court exercised its discretion to adjudicate the debtor bankrupt and ordered costs.
