Court granted the Commissioner a fresh restraining order and sale order because there were reasonable grounds to believe the specified property was tainted and respondents had unlawfully benefited; the post-expiry transactions of the Harley, Raptor and Hilux were not genuine transfers and ownership did not pass, and the Hiace was not credibly shown to have been purchased from club fundraising and is therefore tainted property.
