The Court accepted the treating surgeon's and supporting surgeon's opinions together with the favourable surgical outcome as establishing a substantial causal nexus between the 2007 accident and the need for posterior cervical foraminotomies; consequently the Corporation's decision to decline funding was set aside and ACC must provide the entitlements including surgery costs.
