Given the organized and recently issued bundles of cash, vacuum packing, drug paraphernalia at the premises and on persons, CCTV and text message evidence indicative of dealing, scales and prior convictions, the Court was satisfied there were reasonable grounds to believe both cash amounts were tainted property derived from drug dealing and granted restraining orders under s24 to preserve the property.
