Because the preliminary investigation showed closely related affairs and a pre-appointment disposal affecting the company and its wholly owned subsidiaries, and the proposed liquidators were experienced and declared no conflicts, the court granted an order permitting the same liquidators for the subsidiaries and directed notice and the first report be given to creditors as the proper and efficient course of administration.
