The Court concluded the four-year starting point for reckless discharge of a firearm was within the available range given the offender brought and used a modified sawn-off shotgun with premeditation at close proximity to a residence, causing property damage and trauma; generous discounts including 25% for guilty pleas and other mitigators produced an overall sentence not manifestly excessive, so the appeal is dismissed.
