The prior judgment is corrected under HCR 11.10 to clarify that none of the three applicants established entitlement to PCR in respect of the takutai moana around Moutohorā or Whakaari because there was no evidence that the specific activities required by s51 had been carried out in those areas and several recognised activities were limited to the foreshore.
