Because the court orders set out in the 15 December 2010 judgment were not complied with and the defendants produced no material sufficient to justify non-compliance, the court ordered immediate committal of Mr Rogers for one month (subject to immediate termination on full compliance) and scheduled a review and further consideration of possible committal in relation to both defendants on 3 March 2011, while allowing reasonable health-related measures for Mr Rogers.
