Because the Crown Law Office is GST registered and New Zealand Venue and Event Management requires treating disbursements consistent with the recipient's GST status, the Registrar was directed to fix disbursements at $139.13 (net of GST); reg 24 does not prevent recovery excluding GST for a GST-registered party.
