Section 290 fixes time limits for making and serving an application but does not itself require that the copy served on the creditor include the Court's hearing date; serving the filed application within 10 working days without an endorsed hearing date complies with s290 provided the respondent is subsequently notified of the hearing date in accordance with the Rules and no substantial injustice results.
