On the evidence, including affidavits confirming the deceased wrote and signed the handwritten document, evidence that he retained full mental capacity up to November 2022, and corroborating affidavits as to his testamentary intentions, the Court is satisfied the document expresses the deceased's testamentary intentions and therefore, pursuant to s 14 Wills Act 2007, declares the document a valid will.
