Leave to appeal was refused because the proposed appeals were case-specific and not reasonably arguable: the non-disclosure of divorce proceedings was objectively relevant and known to the applicant so constituted concealment; absence of fault did not apply on these facts; the proposed fresh evidence was not sufficiently relevant or material to affect the outcome and its non-admission did not amount to a miscarriage of justice warranting leave.
