ACC had paid the maximum permitted under reg 7(3) of the 1999 Regulations by calculating a seven‑unit bridge equivalent at $382.50 per unit (total $2,677.50) for the implant; the Regulations are prescriptive and bind ACC even though cover was granted earlier, and ACC has no discretion to pay more; therefore the appellant has no further entitlement and the appeal is dismissed.
