On the unchallenged affidavit evidence and the solicitor's statement establishing the outstanding debt, and in light of the plaintiffs' non‑appearance and prior strike out of their claim, the Court was satisfied the defendant was entitled to judgment for $125,788.28 which represented the defendant's full entitlement on the counterclaim and therefore entered judgment for that sum.
