The 19 September 2016 Ruling is an arbitral award within the meaning of the Arbitration Act 1996 because it met the formal requirements and finally determined the substance of the disputes submitted to arbitration (the 15 variations and pleaded credits); the Interim Award did not exhaust the arbitrator's jurisdiction and article 33(3) authorized the additional award; the Ruling was within the scope of the arbitration and not contrary to public policy; accordingly recognition and enforcement of the Ruling is granted and Challenge's opposing application is dismissed.
