Application dismissed because evidence did not establish that the solicitor possessed confidential or privileged information relevant to the substantive partnership accounting dispute, his relevant prior retainer was limited and remote in time, there was no actual conflict or more than negligible risk of disclosure and no appearance of conflict sufficient to impair the administration of justice, so disqualification was not warranted.
