The Court permitted EQC on an interim basis to continue negotiating and settling individual customers' claims and to send a settlement notice referencing the representative proceedings, but declined EQC's application for disclosure of the plaintiff's litigation funding agreement because disclosure is not routine, no specific relevance was demonstrated and the plaintiff's counsel had formally confirmed the accuracy of the notice.
