Removal of the sole administrator was declined because the disputes of fact and contested allegations about the sale could not be resolved at interlocutory stage; to manage conflicts and the risk of deadlock the Court appointed two additional administrators (Reginald Tata and Christina Tai) to act with the existing administrator so that conflicted administrators can disqualify themselves and decisions can be made by an impartial co‑administrator.
