The Court accepted counsel's advice that the assessed sums were GST inclusive and entered final judgment accordingly: $140,881.81 in favour of the First Plaintiff with interest under the Judicature Act 1908 from commencement of proceedings, and $36,984.80 on the Defendant's counterclaim against the First Plaintiff with contractual interest at 4% per month on late payments.
