The High Court may, on its inherent jurisdiction, grant a without‑notice take‑down order for a website that falsely impersonates an officer of the Court and is likely fraudulent and harmful to the public and administration of justice; s 43 Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006 does not apply to these facts, and the urgency and lack of an identifiable defendant justified immediate relief.
