The judge found the applicant had supplied sufficient evidence to show a good arguable claim under the Property (Relationships) Act and a real risk that the funds would be dissipated given the respondents had left the jurisdiction; accordingly interim freezing orders were justified and were granted without notice until further order of the Court.
