Given the clear majority support for sale, compliance with service requirements, absence of any opposing registered interest or respondent objection, and the demonstrated financial unsustainability and lack of market for individual timeshare weeks, it is just and equitable to dissolve the Body Corporate and cancel Unit Plan S31428 and to grant the ancillary orders sought.
