The applicant failed to establish the threshold for leave under s 284 or to show good reason for inspection under s 256: he did not demonstrate an arguable case with credible factual basis or that the Court would likely disturb the liquidator's decisions; there are no assets to distribute making admission/rejection of claims presently pointless, the challenged report statements were authored by the former liquidator and must be pursued against that author, and the application therefore is dismissed.
