The plaintiffs' threat to refuse further printing was a legitimate exercise of their contractual rights in the circumstances (debts undisputed, contractual term permitting suspension of supply, and legitimate commercial interest in securing payment); therefore the pressure was not illegitimate and the first defendant does not have an arguable defence of economic duress, so summary judgment for the plaintiffs was appropriate.
