The Court exercised its statutory discretion under ss25 and 27 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 to wind up the Board and approve the proposed distribution because the proposed allocation of the trust fund was broadly consistent with the incorporated Society's objects and rules; costs and outstanding expenses were ordered to be paid from the trust assets.
