The Court was satisfied the requirements of s57(1) were met: the transfers were proved lost, their loss was not wilful, the plaintiff was entitled to be registered, and notice requirements were met; photocopies and a statutory declaration provided admissible and compelling evidence of executed originals, so equity and the real justice of the case required an order declaring and directing registration of the plaintiff as proprietor and authorising E-dealing to effect that registration.
