The Court found Dr Christian's assessment, including a 15% pre-existing DRE cervicothoracic category III apportionment, was adequately reasoned and consistent with the guides and contemporaneous evidence of severe pre-existing cervical stenosis; there was insufficient evidential basis in this appeal to treat CRPS as a covered condition or to overturn the apportionment; appeal dismissed.
