Given the subsequent acceptance of a compensable mental injury/pain syndrome and on the balance of probabilities the appellant was incapacitated from her pre-injury full-time administrative employment from 22 August 2008; accordingly the Corporation and review decisions quashed and the matter remitted for investigation of uncovered periods.
