The Court preferred the cogent contrary medical evidence of Dr Wigley that the claimant could not consistently work 30 hours per week and held that the medical evidence before ACC and the Reviewer did not justify termination of weekly compensation; therefore the appeal is allowed and the decision to cease compensation was set aside.
