The High Court held the District Court did not make a material error about quantity that affected the starting point; the appellant's conduct and role (pressure, operational function, financial motivation and awareness of scale) justified categorising her role as significant within Zhang/Berkland, the starting point and final sentence fell within the available range, and the appeal was dismissed with time to appeal extended.
