Dr Wigley’s second report of 8 June 2010 constituted 'all information necessary' under s114 so ACC became liable to pay interest from that date; the appeal is allowed, the review decision quashed and the Corporation's decision modified to substitute 8 June 2010 for 18 March 2012 as the relevant date for interest liability.
