Court selected a global starting point of 21 years imprisonment reflecting totality and role, applied a 20% guilty plea discount (4 years 4 months) producing concurrent sentences of 16 years 8 months on each manufacturing charge, imposed a minimum term of 50% (8 years 4 months) on each manufacturing charge, and imposed a 4 year concurrent sentence for participation in an organised criminal group; other charges were dismissed under s 147 CPA 2011.
