On re-evaluation of the trial record the High Court concluded the trial judge did not err in her credibility findings; the complainants were reliable and corroborated, the elements of indecent assault were proved beyond reasonable doubt, and the sentence of 17 months' imprisonment (with six months of standard and special release conditions) was within the permissible range and not manifestly excessive, therefore both conviction and sentence appeals were dismissed.
