- High Court
The High Court concluded that a global starting point in the order of 22–24 months' imprisonment (not 28 months) properly reflected culpability, that the cumulative discounts applied by the District Court produced an end sentence within range, that the forensic accounting evidence was admissible but not materially altering the outcome, and therefore the eight months' home detention was affirmed and the appeal dismissed.
