The Court exercised its discretion to grant a final adjournment to 10:00am on 17 June 2013 to allow the judgment debtor to obtain legal advice and to permit negotiations regarding securing and resolving the judgment debt, on the basis that there was a realistic prospect of resolution by refinancing or sale of the property; if unresolved by that date adjudication to bankruptcy may follow.
